Book Review #2 - Keeper of the Lost Cities
By Aiden Benvenga (11-15-24)
What’s the deal?
In Keeper of the Lost Cities, by Shannon Messenger, Sophie Foster, who happens to be telepathic, finds herself as an elf in an ordinary world. She also finds herself as the secret weapon of the rebellious team The Black Swan. When Sophie finds this out she is determined to find them but under strict rules regarding her telepathy, one of the elf leaders Bronte watching her like a hawk, and friends all around who she doesn’t want to endanger, it will be difficult Should you read it? I would suggest Keeper of the lost cities for anyone who likes to read or play family games, role playing games, or fantasy games such as Dungeons and Dragons. However if you don’t like mysteries it is not good for you and it's a growing series so there is a cliffhanger at the end of each book, but this is not a series review it's just a review for the first book. So anyway if you don’t like words or like pictures or both you would probably not be reading this but if you don’t like words or like pictures or both and you are reading this go read the comics. |
